Huawei Upgrades Devices’ Gaming Performance with GPU Turbo

Huawei Consumer Business Group today promises to improve the performance of your Huawei smartphones at no additional cost with the release schedule of its GPU Turbo graphics processing technology.Huawei’s GPU Turbo optimizes the way the device’s graphics processing hardwares interact with the graphics software. By removing unnecessary bottlenecks and inefficient processes,  this technology helps to improve the efficiency of the GPU by 60 percent and battery consumption is decreased by as much 30 percent.In real world scenarios, this translate into faster gaming performance on smartphones and even improved performance for VR-related applications on mobile devices. The new GPU Turbo technology will arrive as part of an EMUI (the company’s proprietary UI) update across a range of Huawei devices.”

Huawei will be pushing out updates on a rolling basis, first launching in August with the HUAWEI Mate 10, HUAWEI Mate 10 Pro, PORSCHE DESIGN HUAWEI Mate 10, HUAWEI P20 Pro and HUAWEI P20 and PORSCHE DESIGN HUAWEI Mate RS.
