Using this guide
This guide helps you to locate NUS and non-NUS academic exercises (AE), theses and dissertations, in print and electronic formats.
Note: NUS Libraries will only have the theses provided by the departments/schools. NUS electronic theses would be available in ScholarBank@NUS , our institutional repository, which also stores NUS Masters theses & PhD dissertations submitted after September 2003.
Search for Thesis in FindMore, the Library's search engine
- Go to the Library portal ( https://nus.edu.sg/nuslibraries/ )
- In the search box, enter the keywords e.g. " mental health" young Singapore . Use quotes ".." to search for exact phrases.
- The results will show three main categories: Books & E-Resources, ScholarBank and Digital Gems. Scroll down and c lick the orange-tab to view only the results for Books & Resources
4. On the results list, go to the left panel and refine the results by clicking Dissertations/Thesis .
5. L imit the results to items from the Library Catalog:
6. At the full display screen, select REQUEST to retrieve the item from Closed Stacks. Click this link to know more about Closed Stacks items

Welcome to NUS, Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations
Please click on “Thesis Submission” to complete the final thesis submission in the ETD system. The submitted thesis will be available on ScholarBank@NUS according to the scheduled release date.
ETD will be undergoing maintenance from 6 August 2024 18:00hr (SGT) until 7 August 2024 00:00hr (SGT). During this period, ETD is not accessible to all users.
Important Notice added on 7 August 2024: Due to a system upgrade, we are experiencing connectivity issues between the ETD system and ScholarBank@NUS . Consequently, thesis records uploaded to the ETD system will only be available on ScholarBank@NUS starting in early December 2024.
