These are great to structure and scaffold students work, they give them step by step instructions with examples for each section and useful tips. This has proven very useful for students to be able to work completely independently on their assignments as they can follow the checklist to complete each stage.

These are the checklists for the 4 main sections of the AEP including Fitness testing, components of fitness, skills strengths and weaknesses, movement analysis and action plan.
